About Over-Land

Over-Land is a complex digital brand that needs to reach readers across different languages. The platform serves both e-commerce and technical content, and needed a site structure that stays stable across multiple languages and layers of internal links.

The Challenge

The original site was scattered and largely invisible to international search engines. The client needed a system that could serve both English and Chinese readers without becoming bloated or overly complex.

The Solution: Scalable Infrastructure

Our approach went beyond translation — we redesigned the site’s entire content structure. We used AI to help map out how content topics relate to each other, linking related articles together into topic clusters, so both search engines and readers could tell the site was authoritative on that subject. URLs are managed through a clean, directory-based /en/ structure, with an auto-generated sitemap ensuring every piece of content can be found by search engines.

Bilingual Directory Logic: Directory-based /en/ structure ensuring clean URL integrity globally.
Technical Sitemap Mapping: Programmatic indexing of all post nodes to ensure search engine visibility.

SEO Hardening & Performance

We rebuilt a clean, well-organized URL structure and reviewed the SEO health of every page one by one, making sure each technical post could actually drive traffic instead of going unseen. The site’s overall SEO score went from scattered and unsystematic to a strong 87/100. We also added automated structured data (Schema), so search results can show more than just a title and URL — including things like FAQs — making the site more likely to stand out in search.
