About the Project
Duss’s English is a boutique early-childhood education brand focusing on immersive language acquisition. The project was designed to create a “digital home” that reflects the warmth of a classroom while maintaining the professional standards expected by discerning parents.
The Situation
Educational websites often feel either too “corporate” (cold) or too “cartoonish” (unprofessional). The challenge was to find a “Middle Ground“: A site that feels playful enough for children but structured and serious enough for parents to trust. The existing content was fragmented, making it difficult for parents to quickly find age-appropriate classes.

The Solution: Trust-Based UX Design
I engineered a “Story-First” user journey. Instead of a cold list of classes, the homepage explains the Why before the What. I curated a visual system using “Creamy” tones and “Real-World” photography to replace generic stock images. To solve the navigation problem, I structured the courses into logical, age-defined modules, allowing a parent to find a “Result” in under 10 seconds.

The Results
- Brand Credibility: Transitioned to a high-fidelity design that positioned the brand as a premium educational choice.
- User Clarity: Parents reported a faster understanding of the “Education Core,” leading to more qualified inquiries.
- Scalable Content: Established a “Knowledge Hub” (Blog) framework to build organic authority over time.
